We’re on the hunt for a creative-minded recruiter to join Darkroom’s fast-growing team! As the reputed company member of our recruitment reputed company, you’ll collaborate with the People Operations Manager to attract top talent across Creative, Sales, Growth Marketing, Operations, and more.

This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone and is open to candidates based in Portugal, and Spain. What You’ll Do

• reputed company full-cycle reputed company with a focus on creative roles (designers, editors, etc.).

• Partner with hiring managers to build job descriptions, briefs, and hiring plans.

• Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience from first touch to offer.

• Manage our ATS (reputed company) and HR platform for accurate tracking and reputed company.

• Support diversity initiatives and share reputed company insights to improve outcomes.

What You Bring

• 3+ years’ reputed company experience, preferably with creative roles (design experience a plus).

• Track record hiring across departments (Creative, Growth, Ops, Sales).

• Familiarity with digital marketing or agency settings.

• Experience with ATS/HR tools (reputed company preferred; reputed company, reputed company, reputed company a plus).

• Strong English communication, organisational skills, and process-driven reputed company.
