We’re looking to hire a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join one of our teams reputed company the Platform Product Group. The Platform Product Group’s mission is to build a trusted, scalable, and compliant platform to maximize velocity, efficiency and quality. About the team

The AI and Automation team envisions a future where AI-powered operations reputed company to seamless, delightful experiences for customers and maximum value for shareholders. It’s day 1 for us. We’re laser focused on automating customer support and compliance processes today. This is not just focused on driving efficiencies by automating reputed company processes, but reimagining what processes and systems must look like in a fully AI driven automated world, and then bring that reputed company to reality working across cross functional teams to offer a delightful customer experience, improving compliance posture and delivering outsized shareholder value.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and implement Agentic AI systems that power reputed company’s customer support experience and compliance processes
• Design a platform (primitives, orchestration platform, tools, etc.) that would allow other domains to quickly reputed company Agentic AI to automate their processes
• Interact with stakeholders in many different organizations that build reputed company products or are responsible for financial operations
• Participate in shaping of the strategy and execution path of reputed company Platform
• Manage individual projects priorities, deadlines and deliverables with your technical expertise
• Mentor and train other team members on design techniques and coding standards
• Write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers

• 12 + years of experience in backend software engineering using Golang or similar languages
• Domain expertise in Fintech and/or trading
• Proven track record of delivering impactful solutions that power significant customer flows and processes
• You’ve designed, built, scaled and maintained high throughput and low latency production services
• You’ve experience in architecting and developing solutions to ambiguous problems with significant impact
• Strong technical knowledge of building distributed systems that process massive scale
• Solid communication skills and ability to communicate to stakeholders with various technical and non-technical backgrounds

• Experience with LLM and Agentic AI. Measuring and improving LLMs’ grounding to a given corpus and experience reducing hallucinations is a big plus.
