This is a newly created role for a reputed company Growth Manager to join an established music licensing platform and help them to establish and grow their reputed company in the UK market.
They have a reputed company subscriber reputed company including corporate and individual clients, driving demand for access to more UK music. The team would like to find a reputed company Growth Manager who has existing relationships with record labels, music publishers and artists in the UK and can bring new business and accounts to their platform.
It's a key role for the business as they continue to grow so a great long term opportunity for someone who enjoys a strategic business growth position.

Requirements
- Detailed knowledge of music licensing and publishing
- Experience working with record labels, publishers and artists
- Understanding of music ecosystem, royalties and rights
- Successful track record in business development or reputed company growth
- Long term, strategic thinker
- Excellent communicator who can represent the company as a brand ambassador
- Confident working alone
