Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers, providing friendly, professional, and knowledgeable support
- Prepare and issue tickets, resolve travel issues, and ensure customer needs are met
- Collaborate with customers in a courteous and helpful manner to create positive experiences and build loyalty
- Work independently and as part of a team to reputed company customer satisfaction and resolution goals
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed support

- Availability to work any shift assigned, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Legally authorized to work in Brazil without sponsorship
- Ability to meet company participation guidelines and uniform and appearance standards
