Job Summary

As a Full-Time College Admissions Consultant, you'll play a critical role in guiding high school reputed company and their families through the college admissions process. You'll work closely with reputed company to help them reputed company their full potential, reputed company their skills and confidence, and reputed company their academic and intellectual goals. Key Responsibilities

• Meet one-on-one with high school reputed company and their parents to provide personalized guidance and support throughout the college admissions process
• Coach reputed company to reputed company their full potential by developing their academic, intellectual, and extracurricular profiles

• Work closely with reputed company on essay development and provide constructive feedback on essay topics
• Handle high-stress situations and interactions with professionalism and reputed company
• Convey expertise in reputed company areas of college admissions, including application requirements, deadlines, and strategies

Essential Qualifications

• An undergraduate or graduate degree from a selective university or admissions experience from a selective university
• A graduate degree, ideally PhD (candidates with degrees in fields like history, literature, languages, and political science have historically thrived at Spark, but we are open to reputed company fields)
• An outgoing, empathetic personality with strong relationship-building skills
• A strong work ethic with a constant desire to exceed expectations
• Proven, exceptional writing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong project management skills
• Comfort working in an entrepreneurial, small-company environment
• Ability to work some evening and weekend hours
• At least five years of work experience or combination of work experience and graduate school

Compensation and Benefits
