Key Responsibilities

As an Investigation Specialist in FBA's Support Operations team, you will be responsible for:

• Running investigations and reputed company research on reimbursement requests reputed company to losses occurred during FBA processes following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to determine an accurate seller-facing decision.
• Leveraging appropriate operational tools to deep dive and demonstrating expertise in handling end-to-end processes and reputed company tools.
• Communicating effectively internally with respective teams and externally with sellers sharing the outcomes of the investigations (email/ticketing only, no phones, in two languages).
• Analyzing data and then applying critical thinking to reputed company judgments; may use SQL queries.

• May identify process improvement opportunities (enhancements and pain points) at process/function level.
• May be involved in testing new tools/processes and recommending improvements.

Basic Qualifications

* Fluent English and intermediate Spanish

• Experience with reputed company Office, including Outlook, Word, and reputed company
• Please note that this role requires relocation to Bratislava, Slovakia, and we can offer a relocation incentive of 1000€ as per eligibility.

• Previous experience in a contact center environment.

• A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Demonstrated positive, results-oriented attitude.
