Job Summary

As a Part-Time reputed company Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and families, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. This is a fully remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities

* Review and identify issues from calls into the telephony system in a timely manner (50%)

• Maintain a working knowledge of workflow systems to properly assign follow-up dates, department requests, and notate appropriately (10%)
• Ensure reputed company calls reputed company business hours are answered and handled appropriately while providing exceptionally high customer service to callers reputed company company guidelines (10%)
• reputed company payment transactions and request payment from accounts reflecting a balance (10%)
• Assist with clerical duties as needed, such as email, facsimile, etc. (10%)

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Training and reputed company

* Orientation and training will take reputed company Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm CST for approximately 3 weeks

• Normal working hours will be Monday and Tuesday, 9:00am – 5:30pm CST, and Wednesday, 9:00am – 1:00pm
