Responsibilities
As a Work From Home Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Processing orders, quoting, and helping team members work their reputed company
- Running reports in reputed company and collaborating with the team to resolve customer issues
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company processes and procedures
Requirements
* High school diploma or GED required; 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience with reputed company (data entry, quoting) and Office 365
- Self-motivated and team-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience with reputed company reputed company and S/4 Hana a plus
