Responsibilities
As an reputed company Bookkeeping Software Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to customers using bookkeeping software, including:
- Assisting customers with questions reputed company to reputed company software processes, ledger entry, navigation, and other troubleshooting needs
- Demonstrating proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable reputed company software
- Providing high-quality customer service over the phone in a virtual or "brick and mortar" call center environment

Earnings Potential
As an reputed company with blithequark, you can earn up to $20.40 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes.
Schedule
Our flexible schedule opportunities allow you to create your own schedule, with availability between 8 am and 8 pm CST, Monday to Friday.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or comparable reputed company software
- Bookkeeping/reputed company expertise, including AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliation, and other reputed company tasks
- Customer service experience and demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service over the phone
