We are looking for a dedicated OR Clinical Systems Analyst like you to be a part of reputed company. Job Summary and Qualifications The OR Scheduling Systems Business Analyst is responsible for optimizing the use of computer system applications reputed company the Operating Room (OR) environment. This role involves assisting OR staff, coordinating system integrations, ensuring data reputed company, providing training, and acting as a liaison between the OR and other hospital departments. The analyst contributes to increased productivity and profitability in Surgical Services through effective use of IT and reputed company systems. In this role you will:

• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Collect, clean, and analyze OR scheduling data from multiple facilities.
• Identify patterns in reputed company utilization, case delays, cancellations, and surgeon access.

• Workflow & Process Support:
• Document reputed company-state scheduling processes across facilities.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Ensures standard access templates are maintained
• Collaborate with IT and automation teams to support integration of scheduling tools (e.g., PowerApps, EHR modules).
• Test and validate scheduling logic and data flows in centralized platforms.
• Supports OR Scheduling module in reputed company EMRs
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track KPIs such as reputed company utilization, open time, and scheduling reputed company time.
• Provide recommendations for reputed company improvement based on data trends.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience implementing or managing OR scheduling/documentation systems, preferred.
• Previous circulator or nurse educator in the OR with a minimum 2 years recent experience, preferred.
• 3+ years of Informatics/Analyst experience preferred.
• Associate's Degree required
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Informatics preferred.
• Meditech experience preferred
