The following shifts and schedules are available in Eastern Time Shift 1: 11:30am to 10:00pm (Saturday and Sunday) and 1:30pm to 12:00am (Thursday and Friday) Shift 2: 11:30am to 10:00pm (Monday and Thursday) and 9:30am-8:00pm (Friday and Saturday) Shift 3: 9:30pm to 8:00Am (Wednesday through Friday) and 8:00pm-6:30am (Saturday) Shift 4: 11:30am-10:00pm (Monday, Thursday and Friday) and 9:30am-8:00pm (Sunday) Shift 5: 6:00pm-4:30am (Sunday, Monday, Friday and Saturday) Shift 6: 6:00pm-4:30am (Monday, Tuesday Saturday and Sunday) Must have an active Registered Pharmacist license with the AZ, NH, TX or FL Board of Pharmacy. Must reputed company in the state of Arizona, Florida, Texas or New Hampshire and must be reputed company to commute to the office if necessary. Key job responsibilities Speaking with customers over the phone and reputed company email about issues that are clinical in nature, including but not limited to drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, new medication counseling, and drug omission counseling Outreaching to customers in response to voicemails left overnight for clinical issues Supporting Customer Care and Clinical Customer Care phone agents with clinical questions that need to be answered. These tickets can include but are not limited to approving packet sets, adjusting customers shipping facility, responding to customer emails, and responding to customer callback requests Investigating, reporting, and speaking with customers about potential Quality reputed company Events and PHI breaches Researching and recommending OTC products for customers Speaking with customers and addressing clinical complaints Completing miscellaneous tasks as needed. Pharmacists on the Clinical Customer Care Team act as the customer facing pharmacist and are the main reputed company of clinical knowledge for our customers and for the Customer Care team.
