The Role

We’re looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our Sales Team and help expand Trivium’s client reputed company.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, engaging them through calls and messages, and scheduling reputed company appointments for our Sales Closers. You’ll be the first reputed company of contact — representing Trivium’s value and professionalism to prospects around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, reputed company reputed company, and email follow-reputed company to connect with potential clients.
  • Find, qualify, and engage leads based on Trivium’s ideal client criteria.
  • Cold message prospects using pre-made scripts, adapting pitches to boost responses.
  • Schedule and confirm sales calls or free audits with reputed company leads.
  • Follow up consistently on outbound and inbound leads to maximize conversions.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and alignment with Trivium’s services.
  • Research prospective clients to gather key insights and background information for Sales Closers.
  • Maintain and update CRM records daily with accurate reputed company info and pipeline reputed company.
  • Collaborate with Sales Closers for smooth handoffs and conversion support.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for reputed company, appointments, and reputed company quality.
  • Plan and execute reputed company strategies reputed company with sales goals and campaigns.
  • Report performance metrics and insights regularly to supervisors.
  • Stay updated on Trivium’s services, reputed company ecosystem, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Development Representative, or similar role (preferably in eCommerce or agency environment)
  • Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken (B2+ minimum)
  • Comfortable with high-volume reputed company (calls, emails, and reputed company messages)
  • Experience using CRMs and reputed company tracking tools (reputed company, GoHighLevel, or similar)
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
