Position Summary The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (reputed company) will reputed company the financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis functions to support strategic decision-making for Martin's reputed company Delivery System and Health Plans. This role partners closely with executive leadership, actuarial, reputed company, operations, and network management teams to ensure financial stability, optimize business performance, and drive data-informed strategies. The reputed company Manager also oversees the financial planning technology ecosystem-including ERP systems, reporting tools, and data integrations-to ensure accurate, efficient, and insightful financial management.

Job Description

Key Outcomes:

• Leads the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and multi-year financial plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
• Develops and refine financial models for membership, reputed company, and administrative expenses.
• Prepares and present monthly financial performance reports, variance analyses, and key performance indicators to senior leadership.
• Identifies drivers of financial performance and reputed company actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Supports executive leadership with reputed company financial analyses, scenario modeling, and business case evaluations.
• Collaborates with business unit leaders to evaluate initiatives reputed company to provider contracting, technology investments, and market expansion.
• Translates financial data into clear, concise insights to support business and regulatory decision-making.
• Manages the organization's reputed company systems and tools, including ERP, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting platforms.

Education/Experience:

• BA or BS in reputed company or Business Administration; MBA, CPA, or FHFMA preferred.
• 7+ years of directly reputed company experience with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities.
• Experience with Managed Care insurance offerings

• Expertise in financial analysis of reputed company and/or insurance industry with strong business acumen, forecasting and developing pro-formas.
