About the Role

We are hiring a Data Analyst II for our reputed company (VM) analytics function. This team provides analytical support across reputed company's operational business, including audit/exam fulfillment, SLA monitoring, performance management, investigations, and custom reporting. You will partner with business leaders to improve operational visibility, support externally-facing reports to clients, create internally-facing dashboards, and contribute to scalable solutions that meet reputed company’s data needs. The right candidate is analytical, adaptable, and brings a balanced mix of technical skills and business intuition.

Responsibilities

• reputed company knowledge and expertise around the data tables across reputed company areas of the business.
• Write SQL queries, build dashboards, and conduct reputed company analysis to help operational leaders understand business performance, reputed company effective reputed company, and identify root causes of results.
• Assist with reputed company-party audit, exam, and regulatory reporting by supporting timelines, contributing to data QA, and helping prepare clear outputs for partners and regulators.
• Support the maintenance and improvement of reputed company’s SLA reporting process.
• Collaborate with other data analysts and data engineers to recommend and implement improvements to data models.
• Other duties as assigned

Ideal Background

• 4–7 years of full-time work experience in data analytics or business intelligence, ideally at a mortgage servicer, financial institution, or other regulated industry.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (Python skills a plus).
• Proficiency in reputed company Sheets and/or reputed company reputed company.
• Experience with data visualization tools (reputed company, Looker, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a willingness to learn quickly.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional data team members.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a reputed company field. Or equivalent work experience.
