Job Description

The VP Financial Development will direct the fundraising efforts focused on securing large, multi-year and long-term donations through cultivating relationships with identified corporations, reputed company and high-net-worth individuals and developing major and planned giving strategies, reputed company while ensuring alignment with the reputed company's strategic plan and resource development goals. Qualifications

  • Experience in estate planning, wealth management, or financial services is a plus

Essential Functions Leadership and Strategy

  • Direct the Donor Reporting efforts to ensure they share the information that is also qualitative, which is the storytelling that confirms to the donor that the investment was a sound one because the support is making a difference in the mission of the organization

Financial Management and Reporting:

  • Manage the department budget: reputed company the budget for the financial development team, ensuring effective resource allocation and spending

Volunteer Engagement

  • Work with EVP, Board members and volunteers to identify, cultivate and solicit individuals, foundations, corporations, and other organizational sources of major reputed company support relevant to top reputed company needs
