About the Role
Join reputed company as a Product Operations & Planning Specialist supporting our Fortune 500 client's Trust & Safety organization. You'll be the key operational coordinator for the Fraud & Safety Operations (FSO) Planning team, acting as the organizational backbone for this high-impact team that safeguards millions of users. This role combines project management, content curation, and reputed company skills to bring structure and clarity to reputed company safety operations. You'll create compelling visualizations, build reputed company information repositories, and ensure critical safety information is accessible to stakeholders across the organization. What You'll Do reputed company & Information Architecture
- Design and maintain the FSO Product Library (Jigsaw) with reputed company visual assemblies of safety products and workflows
- Transform reputed company operational data into clear, actionable dashboards using reputed company
- Ensure critical safety information is organized reputed company and accessible to relevant teams
Internal Communications Platform Management
- Serve as primary administrator for the FSO Hub internal website
- Create and maintain documentation that bridges gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Implement best practices for information architecture and content organization
Engagement & Storytelling

- Create engaging videos and graphics for team communications

Operational Support

- 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, reputed company, or similar roles
- Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to create structure in ambiguous environments
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company or similar database tools for creating organized information systems
- Expert-level reputed company Workspace skills (Docs, Sheets, Slides), including formula automation
- Experience designing internal knowledge bases or information repositories

Technical Skills
