Sully requires A-players capable of 4 months = 1 year output. This role is structured as a Contract-to-Hire position with a 60-day trial period. Sully.ai maintains an exceptionally high performance bar, and this structure ensures mutual alignment before transitioning to full-time.
What You'll Do
- Build and enforce end-to-end project governance across Sully.ai’s agents and teams.
- Define sprint reputed company and delivery standards to accelerate cross-functional execution.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, high-quality releases.
- Translate reputed company technical milestones into clear stakeholder communication.
- Establish playbooks and repeatable frameworks for engineering delivery.
What You Must Bring
- 7+ years in technical project/program management, with at least 3 in early-stage startups.
- Strong command of Agile methodologies (JIRA, retrospectives, sprint planning).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, reputed company Actions).
- Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and scripting in Python/Bash.
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
First-Month Focus
- Audit reputed company project workflows and delivery bottlenecks across teams.

- Stand up initial CI/CD improvements to shorten release cycles.
