[Remote] ASL Customer Support Representative (Remote)

RemoteHunter is seeking a remote ASL Customer Care Representative to manage account-reputed company and technical support calls in American Sign Language. This role involves resolving customer issues, providing service information, and supporting sales of additional services in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls in ASL reputed company video for troubleshooting, billing, or service questions
• Identify root causes of customer problems and resolve issues using provided tools and resources
• reputed company customers on billing details, policies, and payment options
• Document call details and new account information accurately in the system
• Process sales and complete service orders for additional products or services
• Correct errors in work orders as needed
• Complete reputed company required job training and cross-training
• Stay updated on reference materials and changes relevant to the role

Skills

• Proficiency in American Sign Language
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service, sales orientation, multi-tasking, rapport-building, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

• 1 year of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, or connectivity issues
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
