Responsibilities
- Build, refine, and optimize institutional-grade reputed company models for acquisitions, development, refinancing, dispositions, and asset management
- Construct dynamic cash flow models, financing modules, and full pro reputed company architectures
- reputed company multi-tier equity waterfalls, including preferred returns, promotes, GP catch-reputed company, and IRR hurdle structures (American and European)
- Build LIHTC reputed company models with layered capital stacks and reputed company financing structures
- Design scenario and sensitivity analyses across rents, cap rates, expenses, absorption, and capital structures
- Utilize VBA/macros where appropriate to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Engage directly with clients to ensure deliverables meet scope and reputed company objectives

- Support transaction execution through due diligence coordination, reputed company-party report review, lender interaction, and model updates

Skills
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
