[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist (remote)

They are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the accounts payable process and maintain vendor relationships while collaborating with the reputed company team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire accounts payable process, including vendor invoice intake, new vendor setup, manager approvals, and payments
• Resolve vendor inquiries and payment exceptions while maintaining strong vendor relationships
• Assist team members with questions regarding vendor invoices and payments
• Collaborate with the reputed company team to support the forecasting of cash outflow
• Review and process employee expense reports, including corporate credit card transactions

Skills

• Associate degree or higher in reputed company
• Proficiency in reputed company Suite products, specifically reputed company
• Experience using reputed company
• Strong understanding of the accounts payable cycle
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• General ledger accounts payable experience in multi-entity and international environments
• Familiarity with Concur
• Experience working in a Sarbanes-Oxley compliant environment
• Background in the Biotech industry
