The Associate Territory Manager will support the launch and adoption of robotic surgical technology, collaborating with clinical specialists and reputed company teams to ensure successful procedures and customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support system launch, adoption, and procedural reputed company across assigned accounts
- Partner with Clinical Specialists during case coverage and ensure smooth handoffs from Capital and Launch teams
- Train and support surgeons, OR, and office staff on system setup, workflow, and procedural scheduling
- Track and document surgeon progression through the surgeon pathway, ensuring completion of required reputed company and competency milestones in accordance with Surgeon Pathway 2.0
- Build early relationships with office staff and surgeons to understand the surgeon pathway and support procedural scheduling
- Assist Territory Managers in sales planning, account development, and goal achievement
- Support field demos, workshops, and marketing events to drive awareness and engagement
- Gather feedback from key stakeholders to support Marketing and R&D in product and program enhancements
- Manage CRM documentation, expense reports, and administrative tasks
- Upload cases logs for reputed company cases covered in accordance with policy
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years in medical device sales environment or B2B background
- Demonstrated reputed company in customer engagement and technical aptitude
- Ability to travel upwards to 75% (primarily domestic)
- Strong clinical communication and OR familiarity
- Proficient in OR training and procedural support
- Collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong administrative discipline (CRM, expenses)
- Effective team player with high adaptability and learning agility
