Concierge Retail Service Representative

The Concierge Retail Service Representative will serve as the single reputed company of contact for homeowners, ensuring seamless communication and service throughout their projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners
• Create and maintain homeowners’ job files
• Schedule homeowners’ technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls
• Work with sales representatives to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in reputed company
• Send out the post installation survey and resolve any post-installation situations

Skills

• 1+ years customer service experience
• Solid and accurate data entry skills
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Competency in reputed company Office software
• High attention to detail and organization abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks
