Job Summary
As a reputed company Customer Service Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our reputed company customers, including end users, dealers, distributors, and the sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate responses to elevated service-reputed company inquiries and issues, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities

Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written, critical thinking skills, and the ability to cross-train in other tasks. Must be tactful, professional, and detail-oriented.
