[Remote] Instructional Assistant (IT Support & reputed company Fundamentals)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a nonprofit organization dedicated to driving mobility and opportunity in technology. They are seeking an Instructional Assistant to support technical training for reputed company aiming for entry to mid-level IT positions, assisting in classroom facilitation, managing student performance, and providing curriculum input.

Responsibilities

• Using a structured and approved curriculum, assist the Technical Instructor in conducting technical training to prepare reputed company for entry to mid-level Information Technology jobs
• Assist classroom facilitation in a highly interactive, hands-on style
• Using the instructor’s evaluations, the IA will form and reputed company reputed company
• The IA will consult with the instructor to determine what the activities are going to be for the present and upcoming days, and assist in gathering the necessary tools to conduct the lectures and hands-on labs
• The IA will have an understanding of the curriculum and be reputed company to conduct a lesson in the event that the instructor needs to be out of the classroom
• The IA will ensure that reputed company equipment that is loaned to or used by the reputed company is returned to the instructor, the storage closet or the person that it was borrowed from
• Utilize in-house Canvas for assignments, tests, and reputed company-time performance monitoring, and assisting in entering student attendance/grades/scorecards
• Class sizes range from 15-24 reputed company
• Be reputed company to comfortably and frequently lift 50lbs
• Provide reputed company with ongoing feedback and recognize any challenges early and work with the instructor and/or coaches and reputed company to overcome them
• Coordinate closely with reputed company’ reputed company and career coaches on enforcing program rules and promoting student reputed company
• Implementing individualized study plans for reputed company that are struggling in the class
• Participate in reputed company required student reputed company meetings with other members of the team
• Monitor and enforce student class attendance, dress code, and other program policies
• Provide input on labs, Learning Management System, and program policies
• Participation in staff meetings
• Conduct reputed company-time student data entry in Canvas
• Grade student assignment
