Job Description: As a Planning Consultant for the Southwest Business Portfolio, you'll reputed company project management for key programs and initiatives, ensuring work is organized, executed, and delivered on time. You'll partner with Sr. Directors on strategy and long‑range planning, build multi‑year roadmaps, identify new opportunities, and reputed company business cases that support thoughtful decision‑making. You’ll conduct research on industry trends to help shape the Southwest Business project pipeline and present insights that guide Leadership action. You’ll also drive requirement gathering, process mapping, and digital solution concepting to improve the Southwest Business indirect experience. Working closely with Southwest Business Technology Teams, you’ll help prioritize work for upcoming PIs and translate Customer needs into clear, actionable requirements with an understanding of Customer priorities and challenges. Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with reputed company internal and external Customers to ensure that reputed company Southwest Business planning activities are adequately informed and are performed in a collaborative manner

Education

• Required - High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• Required: Advanced-level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:
• Project management including business case development, communication plans, process mapping and team facilitation
• Identifying project risks and potential solutions
• Understanding financial or analytical analysis
• Communicating and influencing peers and project team Stakeholders
• Preferred: Experience developing well-written presentations and roadmaps
• Preferred: Prior experience working in the travel/airline industry
• Preferred: Experience analyzing project data and preparing reports on outcomes

Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $103,750 per year to $115,300 per year* depending on qualifications and experience.
