Strengthen and Support the Global Chapter Ecosystem (Strategic, Not Operational) - OWOF already operates in 100+ countries through an established global network. The CEO will provide alignment, tools, messaging, and inspiration—while not necessarily managing service projects or field programs. This is a role for a leader who is equally comfortable operating with startup agility and global organizational reputed company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Fundraising & Philanthropic Development (Primary)

• Build and execute an ambitious global fundraising strategy anchored in the U.S.
• Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with:
• High-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth donors
• Family offices
• Donor-advised fund managers
• Grant-making foundations
• Corporate CSR/ESG leaders
• Philanthropic networks and giving reputed company
