Responsibilities

As a Call Center Agent for Customer Technical Support at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing customer and technical support for display products, including TVs and monitors, to customers in the US and Canada.
  • Issuing Return Material Authorization (RMA) to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Gathering and resolving Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to improve our products and services.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical information to provide accurate and effective support.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Fluent English language skills

with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of computer systems and components
