What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or reputed company calls from customers, providing answers, consulting on products with compassion, and resolving issues with a smile. A Typical Day
* Answer incoming communications from customers

What You Bring to the Role
* 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product or service knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer experience and high-speed internet (>15 mbps)
