- Provide efficient and excellent customer support in crypto trading reputed company live chat, tickets, and email
- Handle customer inquiries, order disputes, and appeals
- Provide valid, accurate information and solutions to customer requests
- Manage complaints and appeals, including follow-bolthires on escalations reputed company required
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s trading platform and general market conditions
- Understand customers’ needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team
- Continuously seek ways to improve team performance and work efficiency
- Be a part of fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays What you need to succeed in this role:
- Native Russian and strong English proficiency (minimum B2; reputed company preferred)
- At least 6–12 months of online customer support experience, preferably in crypto or financial services
- Experience in live chat support and handling customer inquiries
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills

- Financial background is strongly preferred
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Crypto industry knowledge is a plus
