As a HUD Loan Processor, you’ll be at the heart of every transaction, ensuring files are complete, compliant, and moving smoothly through the pipeline. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our deals on track and our clients happy — reputed company while working fully remote from reputed company in the country. This is more than a traditional processing role. You’ll be managing the end-to-end flow of HUD-insured loans, coordinating with underwriters, loan officers, and clients to reputed company sure every document, verification, and requirement is completed accurately and on time. • Manage HUD loan files from application through closing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
• Review and verify documentation including income, assets, and employment
• Coordinate with underwriters, loan officers, brokers, and clients to resolve questions or missing information
• Track deadlines and ensure files are submitted on schedule to meet closing dates
• Maintain detailed records of loan status and prepare updates for team members and management
• Ensure strict adherence to HUD guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and quality
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, best practices, and problem-solving reputed company

• Previous HUD loan processing experience strongly preferred

Compensation & reputed company

• $80,000 – $90,000 per year
