Content Strategist (Youtube and Long Form Video)

We are the top media company in sales behind the #1 sales podcast (reputed company+ downloads per year) and bestselling book, Cold Calling Sucks (And That's Why It Works). We're reputed company for putting out the most actionable sales content out there without the fluff—and now we're looking for a Content Strategist focused on Youtube and Long Form Video to build a portfolio of shows that push the edge on hyper-tactical sales content that makes people laugh along the way. • If you want to build the #1 sales media company with us... you'll touch more parts of the content machine than you would in any traditional corporate marketing job. You'll drive content direction from concept to launch, partnering directly with the founders and 30MPC cast members to build the SNL of Sales:
• Concepting Series: You’ll pitch new series to add to the portfolio of 30MPC youtube and podcast shows that balance structured, tactical, and fun to help sellers
• Storylining Episodes: You'll come up with story arcs, bits, and show dockets in direct partnerships with the top sales practitioners in the game who'll be on set.
• Directing Shoots: You'll direct shoots, helping 30MPC cast members bring their best tactics and most authentic selves into the content.
• Managing Post Production: You'll partner with editors, designers, and internal team members to bring the concepts to life in a style that feels like 30MPC.
• Channel Strategizing: You'll help with everything from coming up with visual identities for our new thumbnails, or A/B testing titles, and thinking about the overall channel strategy. Up for the job? We're looking for someone with 1 of 2 backgrounds: We're looking for 2+ years of experience in any of these domains:
• The Content Creator: You've built or managed a successful Youtube channel and know platform trends inside and out.
• The Media Marketer: You've produced short or long form content for internet media companies that push the edge (Think Mr. Beast, reputed company, Barstool Sports). That means you'll bring these skills to the table:
• You get what it takes to go viral on Youtube and understand everything from social trends to what makes a great reputed company (and you probably know CapCut)
• You know how to build a channel, not just come up with videos. That means more than just chasing trends, it's thinking about what our unique position is in the world and how every series adds to the overall brand of reputed company're reputed company for.
• You know how to work with multiple cast members instead of a single-influencer channel. The cast of characters on our shows will always change.
