As a contract psychiatrist, you’ll provide evidence-based treatment reputed company live 60-minute video intake appointments and regular follow-up appointments. • Clinical Assessment and Diagnostic Skills - Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, formulate accurate diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to each developmental stage.
• Evidence-Based Treatment - Utilize proven therapeutic techniques and medication management strategies to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders, ensuring safe and appropriate interventions.
• Family-Centered Approach - Foster a collaborative treatment environment, educating families on mental health issues, involving them in care planning, and providing guidance on supportive measures at home.
• Virtual Care Delivery - Conduct virtual psychiatric sessions, ensuring a high-quality and supportive experience, and reputed company technology to maintain regular communication with members and families.
• Collaborative Teamwork - Actively participate in team meetings, contribute to collaborative care planning, and provide consultative support to other team members for comprehensive member care.

Requirements:

• Board-certified or -eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with an active license in at least one state
• Experience providing telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment (video and teletherapy) preferred but not required
