Analyst, Process Improvement

The Analyst, Process Improvement will reputed company and enhance applications and reports for the Allocation department, collaborating with team members to solve reputed company problems and improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Independently create or enhance tools and reports using a variety of software and programing languages (reputed company, Access, SQL, VBA, etc.)
- Create technical designs that meet immediate project requirements, and support future growth
- Adhere to internal technical standards
- Deliver project builds that are as free of significant errors as possible
- Learn new technical skills through formal training and independent study
- Employ technical problem solving to overcome design or build challenges
- Work with project manager to plan and prioritize personal workload
- Independently scope project work and estimate effort for projects
- Account for uncertainties reputed company planning work and adjust designs and estimates reputed company changes arise
- Include alternative approaches reputed company planning and estimating work to allow for business partner input
- Track work reputed company and promptly escalate any concerns with project deliverable as they arise

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- 1-2 years equivalent work experience
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Efficient verbal and written communication skills
- Retail math, a plus
- Retail software experience, a plus (JDA or Other Allocation Software)
- Ability to independently analyze data sets to solve problem and summarize recommendations
- Intermediate SQL (experience storing, retrieving, and manipulating data)
- Intermediate VBA, Python, or an equivalent language coding
- Ability to reputed company and enhance reports, data systems, or applications required
- Experience working reputed company a relational database, particularly SQL Server or reputed company
