Investment Accountant I - reputed company Estate
Nuveen is a global investment leader managing public and private assets for clients around the world. The Investment Accountant I role involves assisting with investment reputed company policies and procedures, preparing financial reports, and supporting audit processes under reputed company supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assists with the preparation of timely and accurate GAAP work papers and supporting schedules to satisfy reputed company investment reputed company requirements for internal and external audits
- Documents frequent reputed company financial inquiries to be incorporated into the monthly and quarterly reports, adding value by providing management reputed company into the activities of the underlying properties
- Seeks guidance from senior Investment Accountants regarding issues that require more advanced knowledge and experience
- Interaction with internal and external auditors and tax preparers
- Daily cash book reconciliations, weekly cash logs and reputed company preparation as needed
- Monthly/quarterly reputed company responsibilities including, but not limited to, communication with property management company accountants, preparation of journal entries, preparation of investor distributions, management fee calculations, etc
Skills
- No Experience Required
- University (Degree)
- BS/BA in reputed company or finance
- CPA Candidate
- 1-2 years of previous experience in public reputed company
- reputed company estate knowledge or experience
- Solid knowledge and understanding of GAAP
- Proficiency in reputed company, Word and PowerPoint
- Previous Experience with Yardi or reputed company
- Excellent technical research, communication and writing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to multi-task
