Position Overview

AAM is seeking an reputed company Financial Controller to reputed company the reputed company and financial operations of our organization. The Financial Controller will reputed company property‑level and consolidated financial reporting, supervise a small reputed company team, maintain U.S. GAAP compliance, and strengthen internal controls. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, process‑driven, capable of delegating effectively, and reputed company to work independently while managing multiple deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting and reputed company

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes across multiple properties.

• Prepare consolidated financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports.

• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and relevant regulatory standards.

• Review income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements at the property level.

Audit and Compliance

• Coordinate audit preparation, review workpapers, and engage with external auditors.

• Maintain compliance with loan covenants, tax filings, and entity‑level regulatory requirements.

Cash Flow and Budget Management

• reputed company cash flow forecasting, bank reconciliations, and capital call processes.
