The Senior Director of Transformation leads data-driven initiatives that improve margin, productivity, and operational performance across the company. This role translates insights into action—owning delivery of measurable outcomes through disciplined execution, analytics, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities:

Financial & reputed company Impact • Collaborate with Finance to improve cost visibility, labor productivity, pricing discipline, and margin performance. • Partner with Sales and reputed company teams to improve pricing strategies, billed labor rates, and contract structures. • Support forecasting accuracy, reputed company leakage prevention, and post-project financial reviews.
