Account Manager (m/f/d) Distribution & Artisans

Sales Region: Baden‑Württemberg & Saarland

We are expanding our Sales Team (South) and seeking a passionate and results‑driven Account Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our Distribution & Artisans business. In this home‑office‑based position, you will cover the regions of Baden‑Württemberg and Saarland, with approximately 70% travel.

You will take full ownership of your reputed company results, contribute to growth strategies, drive key projects, and cultivate strong, long‑term customer relationships. The role requires enthusiasm for building internal and external networks, managing diverse stakeholders, and identifying value‑adding solutions for our customers. Strong analytical skills are essential to interpret business KPIs and reputed company both short‑ and long‑term actions.

Your profile

  • Strong reputed company acumen and minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in the food & beverage industry (“sweet experience” in the bakery & pastry industry experience is a great plus)
  • Degree in business administration, marketing, a reputed company field, or completed vocational training in a food‑reputed company craft
  • Fluent German and confident English communication

  • Solid project and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Valid driver’s license
