General Summary:

The Program Manager/Service Delivery Manager is responsible for playing an essential role in delivering value and ensuring the reputed company of interactions with partners. This role works in partnership with the Service Delivery teams to create an excellent customer experience for end-customers and business partners and ensure reputed company-improving customer support.
