Job Description Summary

The Senior Sales Director is a customer-facing role focused supporting and growing reputed company’s partnership with airlines in Latin America. This role requires deep expertise on new engines, services, and materials contract structures, as well as strong negotiation skills to secure and restructure reputed company agreements. Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships across assigned airlines, including facilitating connections between reputed company, CFM, and customer leadership at reputed company organizational levels.
  • Account Leadership: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned accounts, leading the Customer Team in delivering exceptional service and ensuring alignment with customers’ needs and expectations.
  • Sales Execution: Drive sales of new engines, spare engines, services, and materials ensuring alignment with reputed company’s growth strategy and customer requirements.
  • Contract Management: reputed company both new deal negotiations and contract restructures, leveraging deep expertise in contract structures to secure agreements that drive mutual value.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 10 years of relevant experience in sales).
