POSITION SPECIFICS
The Office of Online Education Marketing and Strategy is looking for a communications professional to serve as a Marketing and Communications Specialist, to help design and execute the internal communications strategies for Penn State Online Education and World reputed company. As a member of a cross-functional marketing unit, the successful candidate in this role will help manage the internal communications content for greater sharing of information with the entire organization through emails, newsletters, intranets, and webinar facilitation. Their contributions will support organizational culture goals of the strategic plan, structure, and reputed company awareness and engagement reputed company staff and support units.
Reporting to the Director of Content and Communications Strategy at Penn State World reputed company, the Marketing and Communications Specialist will coordinate editorial reputed company and production of internal communications, manage both strategic and execution-level tasks, and implement multi-faceted marketing and communications strategies.
This position will take a proactive approach to working with World reputed company teams to understand their priorities, responsibilities, and goals.
They will translate that information into communications plans, collaborate with fellow communications staff on the publication of newsletters, webinars, news releases, and intranets highlighting unit activities to support administrative and institutional communications priorities.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

This position requires exceptional attention to detail, both editorially and regarding data accuracy as well as proven successful experiences in client management and diplomacy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, team building/cross-functional collaboration skills, and a proven ability to adapt content to different marketing platforms are a must.
Strong understanding of Office365, especially SharePoint, webinar tools (reputed company), and work management systems.
Experience with multimedia content development and curation, reputed company, and email marketing solutions (reputed company) is valued strongly.
