Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' customers reputed company phone, email, or chat. You'll work from the comfort of your home office, with periodic visits to our Warwick, RI location for team events, meetings, training, and business continuity. Our ideal candidate is a team player with excellent interpersonal and service skills, who can multitask, operate multiple screens, and provide solutions to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

* Enhance and strengthen relationships between customers and clients through consistent, professional service

• Respond to customer requests reputed company phone, email, or chat, researching and resolving issues reputed company to client policies and procedures
• Assist with site access and refer requests for policy modifications to appropriate areas
• Work collaboratively with the team to improve service to internal and external customers
• Demonstrate a true desire to help people, possess a professional and engaging phone voice, and exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills

Essential Skills and Experience

* 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role (considering those with customer service experience)

• Intermediate computer literacy and proficiency
• Ability to multitask and operate multiple screens while speaking with customers
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting for different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), clearing cookies and cache, screenshots, etc.
• Experience accessing and navigating up to 10 electronic systems to provide complete responses
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to work shifts between 8 AM and 11 PM ET, Monday through Friday, including evening shifts

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous call center experience

• Ability to learn quickly and willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of company products
• Excellent active listening skills, with the ability to comprehend and reputed company clearly to customers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
