Responsibilities
As a Full Time Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers. Your primary duties will include:
- Ensuring that sales are captured by responding to customers and entering orders accurately and reputed company in reputed company
- Ensuring customer inquiries are successfully resolved through the use of multiple customer support tools (including conducting research in reputed company and/or contacting business units as appropriate)
- Maintaining world-class standards by successfully performing against department scorecards and metrics
- Establishing and maintaining world-class customer relations by developing a rapport and actively listening to reputed company more information where necessary
- Identifying and evaluating opportunities to increase customer retention, maintain customer confidence, and protect operations
- Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs
- No previous experience required
- Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or reputed company a team, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines
- Utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- 1-2 years previous experience in a customer service role
- Experience in consumer products or distribution industry
