Stakeholder Partnership

• Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers and business leaders
• Balance speed, quality, and experience in high volume or high complexity hiring

Experience & Capabilities

• 5–8+ years of full cycle reputed company experience
• Strong experience managing multiple reputed company requisitions simultaneously
• Confident stakeholder management and decision making influence
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (reputed company preferred)
