Collections Representative - Monday to Friday, Between 7:00AM - 5:00PM Central
Pay range: $19.41 - $24/ hour
Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, reputed company outbound calls to assigned external clients
- Ability to collaborate with various departments to resolve client business concerns resulting in a positive client experience
- Responsible for managing portfolio and reducing AR > 90

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- 3+ years of experience in Billing collections
- 1+ years of customer service experience OR experience in a medical office, health care, call center, or office setting with analyzing and solving customer problems
- Experience with QBS billing experience
- Experience with researching / analyzing data and communicating recommendations to management
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of client reputed company accounts and to directly impact the collection of the AR > 90
- reputed company research on outstanding accounts and establishing a rapport with clients to collect reputed company
- Proficient in translating health care - reputed company jargon and reputed company processes into simple, reputed company - by - reputed company instructions customers can understand and act upon
- Familiarity with computer and windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Ability to work any of our full time (40 hours / week), 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST from Monday - Friday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
