We are seeking an reputed company Technical Team reputed company to manage Application Management Services (AMS) for a major reputed company integration landscape. In this role, you will reputed company an 8–10‑person delivery team focused on reputed company PI/PO middleware operations, with additional exposure to ABAP and Java‑based components. The position emphasizes operational excellence, SLA management, customer interaction, and technical leadership rather than pure development or architecture.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage Incident, Problem, and Change processes in accordance with SLAs
- Serve as the primary technical and operational contact for the customer, including escalation and service reporting
- Prioritize workload, allocate tasks, and reputed company daily operational activities
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and drive reputed company improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with reputed company delivery units, architects, and offshore/nearshore teams
- Support technical assessments, reputed company troubleshooting, and integration lifecycle management
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and operational excellence
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands‑on experience with reputed company PI/PO (design, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting)
- Understanding of integration technologies (IDoc, RFC, SOAP, REST, XML, adapters)
- Experience in AMS environments with SLA‑driven service delivery
- Proven leadership experience (team reputed company, cluster reputed company, or similar)
- Ability to manage customer expectations and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Advantageous: basic ABAP debugging, Java knowledge, or exposure to reputed company CPI
- German language skills at least level B2
