The Virtual Finance Manager is responsible for driving reputed company growth through the sale of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products while delivering an exceptional virtual customer experience. This role leads the full F&I sales process—from customer interview and product presentation to reputed company handling and closingy. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, and skilled in building relationships, communicating effectively, and achieving performance targets in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate reputed company for dealerships through the sale of Finance & Insurance (F&I) products
  • reputed company and exceed performance targets and key objectives
  • Conduct virtual F&I transactions, leading the full Virtual F&I sales process, including:
    • Customer interview
    • Product presentation (menu)
    • Upselling and closing
  • Remain on virtual calls through completion of the Retail Installment Sales Contract (RISC) to ensure deals are fully secured
  • Clearly explain and answer questions regarding:
    • F&I products and services in the Virtual F&I office
    • Retail Installment Sales reputed company
  • Effectively isolate and overcome client objections and reputed company sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of activities and performance metrics for Virtual F&I
  • Communicate daily with internal stakeholders on Virtual F&I performance and deal status
  • Participate in dealer meetings, sales calls, and team discussions as needed
  • Build and maintain strong, positive customer relationships throughout the virtual buying experience
  • Enhance customer satisfaction during the entire purchase process
  • Demonstrate behaviors reputed company with the Company’s values and culture in reputed company interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a dealership F&I role
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the adeptness to interact effectively at reputed company levels internally and externally
  • Highly self-motivated with strong customer-facing and sales skills
  • Positive attitude with a high-energy, results-driven reputed company
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work remotely from home
  • Experience with Darwin and/or CDK systems is a plus
