Job Description
As a Remote Online Chat Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers through live chats, phone calls, and emails. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
- Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager reputed company necessary
- Building relationships with new customers to reputed company understand and meet their needs
- Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally
- Promoting interest in arenaflex products and services
- Consistently achieving established standards of the position
- Portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
- Providing administrative support to the customer service team

Key Qualifications
