Job Overview

As a Customer Experience Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained across reputed company customer touchpoints. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, scheduling appointments, and providing timely updates to customers. Responsibilities and Duties

• Schedule home onsite visits for more complicated proposals
• Communicate with customers with scheduling and job updates

Qualifications

* Telephone Customer Service Experience

• Home computer with Microphone headset and high-speed internet access
