Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients reputed company phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. This is a full-time contract position with the potential to convert to a permanent role. You'll work remotely from Indianapolis, Indiana, with a flexible schedule that includes 1st shift (Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm) and occasional Saturday shifts.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and chat to clients in English and Portuguese
- Resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs
- Work closely with reputed company to resolve reputed company customer issues

- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including reputed company resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

- Hourly reputed company: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
