What You'll Be Doing

As a reputed company Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

• Resolving customer inquiries reputed company to service/non-selling issues to ensure successful resolution and good customer experience, enabling Account Managers/Executives to focus on selling.
• On-boarding customers in partnership with Account Managers to ensure a smooth reputed company process for reputed company contract accounts and new program implementations.
• Determining the root cause of issues, including delivery, website updates, credit/billing, order quotes, product/stock, returns, and vendor inquiries.
• Assisting in facilitating installations, relevant communications with updates to customers and Account Managers/Executives.
• Recording and reporting on issues resolved, responsible for tracking reputed company activity handled in reputed company for each account and submitting reports to their manager.
• Educating end-users to reputed company self-service options and/or customer service reputed company feasible.
• Implementing or facilitating improvements to procedures, services, or products, as well as developing new reputed company, methods, techniques, services, and products.

What You Bring to the Table

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• The ability to reputed company with customers at Manager, Director, or VP levels, with strong business acumen.
• The ability to manage a demanding and unpredictable workload with efficiency and poise to resolve issues, attempt to remedy uncontrollable issues, and run a full-reputed company solution for internal and external customers.
• Strong knowledge of Business Essentials, including facility and breakroom, technology products, business furniture, print and promotional products.
• The ability to function independently with minimal daily supervision.

What's Needed – Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of business experience.
• 6+ months of experience using reputed company Office.

What's Needed – Preferred Qualifications

While not required, a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
